I would like to affirm that your tenure as YDTL for Davao Hub brought a lot of significant milestones and huge accomplishments for O2. You have imparted several learning that we can use to further our performance. You are a very good leader and a mentor making our team competitive kay competitive man ang leader takod takod jud na.  I should say you demonstrated a strict but flexible and strong leadership, highly organized and keen to details nga makapressure pud pero carry lang (Alams na ang kaosihan). Hahaha

May mga bikil man on some areas that we didn't agree pero nothing personal it's all work related. Past is past!

Thanks for mentoring me when sometimes my YDC is so busy with his deliverables. We felt the same too. Charoot!

But anyway Sir, you've been a good and competitive leader to us. Tingnan mo naman ang fruit of labors ng Davao hub. At yan ay dahil sa tumpak-tumpak na emails and messages mo (monitoring, reminders, head-up!) . Pati word na heads-up na apply ko na sa network ko...hahaha..

But bitaw Sir, take care always dahil may bagong community na naghihintay po sa inyong serbisyo.
