Synthetic cathinones are usually found in the form of white or brown crystal powder or small chunky crystals, and are labeled not for human consumption. This article explains how Miami police had to shoot a homeless man four times after they found him eating another homeless man's face in daylight on the side of the highway. There was no skin on the fore head and the nose was gone. The men refused to obey the police and ripped off all of his clothes during the attack.
