Andao garnered a rating of 89.05 while Bulaong scored 88.55, ranked as the 5th and 9th passers, respectively.


The two board-passers, along with one from Baliuag University, were the only three topnotchers coming from Bulacan — the rest are from Manila schools such as University of the Philippines — Diliman (UPD), Philippine Normal University (PNU), and Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) — Sta. Mesa.


The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the set of passers on Monday, September 8, a day after the examinations.


The licensure exams were held on September 4 to 5 at 13 testing centers, including in NCR, Cebu, Baguio, Davao, Cagayan de Oro, Iloilo, Legazpi, Tacloban, and more.
