I strongly agree with Elizabeth Stacey's theory of co-construction of knowledge in which learners learn from one another to further expand their knowledge based on one another's ideas and contributions. Through PLCs I would want to learn from the best practices of other teachers.

If we can have a workshop that focuses on introducing some current trends from academia relevant to our CIS OR pedagogical tools to be used in classroom that would be helpful for all teachers (like we had on TOK)

Another idea could be organizing a conference type setup, where teachers can share some critical insights or key findings from their FA based strategies.

May be a PLC in which we all select one topic from any IIS secondary curriculum modules and each one of us demonstrate how do we incorporate our FA for that particular topic. In this PLC topic will be same for all teachers where as how we demonstrate our FA will be unique.

As of now I am working on how to broach the concept of spirituality in my classes - any leads on that shall help :)
