         <description><![CDATA[<div>Skimming means to look over the entire article to get a general overview of its contents.<br><br>a. Make sure the article title fits what you're looking for.<br>b. Check the article synopsis to get an overview of the entire article.<br>c. Check for an author and whether or not they have a good reputation.&nbsp;<br>d. See if there are any references at the bottom of the article and possibly look through those as well (not mandatory).<br>e. Ignore the article if the first 3 criteria mentioned before aren't met.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
