This video had a lot of pretty general but also good tips on basic computer file organization. I liked the video but I think there are also a lot more options as to how you can organize your files. Not every type of organization works for every person. Yes, his advice was definitely a good first step for anyone getting into file organization and things of that nature but It isn't very advanced. Also this organization technique requires a lot of upkeep, every time you have a new assignment you have to put it in its exact right area right away. If you don't do that the whole system is messed up. I was for the most part incorrect. This video gave the most basic possible explanation for how to organize your computer files. It basically just said to put your documents in very very specific folders and then put those folders inside a few generally named folders. What happens when there are just too many folders because the documents are too different? What happens when you get confused on which folder you put the document or assignment in because the labels are too similar yet too different? This system is really just inefficient and confusing. I actually did like this video because I always need help with anything related to studying or schedules. I feel like many people aren't aware of how to schedule their time so his basic principles and tactics were decently helpful. I don't actively have any final exams coming up but in the future I think it may be helpful. I would consider looking back at this video/padlet to help me.
