The teacher should act as the channel to explain the different interpretation of “body language”. As the root of the problem is that the students have different interpretation of the body language (have different Embodied States), the teacher can clarify that the child’s body language is neither hostile nor abnormal and is suitable/appriopriate for informal friendly conversation in his own culture.

Any encroachment onto the student’s embodied states would implicitly create the impression of one culture’s inherent superiority

The minority is the Germans. While they are not physically there, they oppressed the Indians to adopt their way of education.
Economic capital: Village elders said people go to school to earn money not to learn cooperation and compassion.
Cultural capital: Language is different in the school
Social capital: School/village
Human capital: German education
