         <title>Fruit cake</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ingredients: <br>flour (200 grams); sour cream (200 grams); 3 eggs; sugar (1 Cup); vanilla (4 grams); baking powder (2 teaspoons); butter (100 grams); dried fruits and nuts. <br>Preparation:<br>Pour a small amount of chopped dried fruit with warm water. Skip nuts through mincer. Whisk the eggs with sugar and vanilla. Melt the butter. In a separate bowl, whip it with sour cream. Combine all mixture and gently stir with a fork. Using a sieve add the flour, then the vanilla. Stir until you obtain a liquid mixture. Drain dried fruit, cut them into small pieces and add to the batter with the nuts. Pour the dough into a baking teen and send it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ingredients:<br>200 grams of flour<br>2 tbsp. sugar<br>1/2 tsp. baking powder<br>1/2 tsp. salt<br>1/4 c. milk<br>3 tbsp. butter<br>1 egg<br>How to prepare:<br>Firstly, use a large bowl. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add milk, butter and egg; stir until flour is moistened. Then heat your frying pan over medium heat; brush lightly with oil. Pour the mixture into large spoons. Cook for 3 minutes or until bubbly and edges are dry. Then turn with wide spatula and cook 2 minutes more or until golden. After all, serve warm with chocolate/honey/jam to taste. Enjoy your meal!</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I would like to present you one of my favourite and the most delightful dishes<br> - <mark>pasta with mushrooms in cream sauce </mark>. Actually it isn't time-consuming.</div><var>You need the following ingredients: spaghetti, mushrooms, onions, cheese, cream, salt and pepper.</var><div>First, boil spaghetti on a low flame for about 7-10 minutes. Now wash mushrooms and peel onions. Then slice mushrooms and chop onions. After that fry mushrooms and onions in sunflower oil until brown on both sides. The next step is pour cream into frying pan. Don't forget to season the mixture with salt and pepper. Mix everything and allow it to simmer gently for about 5-7 minutes. It's also possible to add a little sour cream. Now drain spaghetti and add it to the mixture. For the final touch , grate cheese and sprinkle the top with it. You may also flavour the dish with your favourite herbs and spices. <strong>Bon appetite</strong>! </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><em>Shawarma</em></strong><br><br>Ingredients:<br>Chicken breast <br>Pita bread (<em>лаваш</em>) <br>A jar of pickled cucumbers<br>Butter, ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard <br>Other vegetables (cabbage, tomatoes or whatever you want)<br>A clove of garlic <br><br>At once you may cook 3-8 shawarmas<br><br>How to cook:<br>1. Stir-fry diced chicken breast with butter and a choppedclove of garlic. <br>2. Cut pita bread into ractangles (~25*35) <br>3. Dice vegetables, mix them, sprinkle them with salt and pepper. <br>4. Spread sauces on pita bread <br>5. Put mixture of vegetables on the edge of pita bread, add there chicken. <br>6. Roll (or twist?) pita bread with fillings. <br>7. Bake in oven or in micro oven a little bit before eating.<br><br>It is healthy home dish, which will absolutely make your mouth water. It can replace a whole meal. <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ingredients:<br>2 cups of rice<br>6 tablespoons rice vinegar<br>6 sheets nori<br>1 avocado -  peeled, pitted and sliced<br>1 cucumber, peeled and sliced<br>8 ounces smoked salmon, cut into long stripes<br>2 tablespoons wasabi paste<br><br>Preparation:<br>1.Soak rice for 4 hours. Drain rice and cook with 2  cups of water. Rice must be slightly dry as vinegar will be added later<br>2. Immediately after rice is cooked, mix in 6 tablespoons rice vinegar to the hot rice. Spread rice on a plate until completely cool.<br>3. Place 1 sheet  of seaweed on bamboo mat, press a thin layer of cool rice on the seaweed<br>4.Add some wasabi on the rice<br>5. Then add cucumber, avocado and smoked salmon to the rice<br>6. Slightly wet the top edge of the seaweed<br>7. Roll from the bottom to the edge<br>8. Finally, cut roll into 8 equal pieces and serve<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>Mushrooms and chicken baked under cheese</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ingredients:<br>1 onion<br>Chicken fillet (500 grams)<br>Champignon (300 grams)<br>Flour (2 tablespoons)<br>Cream (200 ml)<br>Cheese<br>Salt<br>Preparation:<br>First allow to defrost chicken fillet. Then put the fillet into a saucepan and boil on a low flame for about 20 minutes. The next step wash the onion and shell it. Finely chop the onions and fry them in sunflower oil. After that you need wash and peel the champignons. Then finely chop it. Add champignons to the onions. Next salt it to taste. Then add 2 tablespoons of flour and pour the cream into a frying pan. And you have to stir. After that finely chop chicken fillet and add it to the onions and mushrooms. Finally mix everything together and sprinkle with grated cheese. The final touch place our mixture on a baking tray and put it in the pre-heated oven and cook it for 20 minutes. Bon Appetit! <br><br></div>]]></description>
