- wide range of answers
- big gaps - possibly not enough equity
- why where there so many who skipped the question?  did they maybe feel uncomfortable answering "not well prepared?"  should those "no answers" actually be "not well prepared?"

What was a surprise?
- what is it that makes each school feel differently from others? 

What can we learn from this?
- We all attend the same professional developments, but many people will attend other science pds that because of interest and feel better prepared.


QUESTIONS/THOUGHTS WE HAD:
- what grade levels said what?

- the timing of the survey may cause discrepancies in the data

There are experts at each school site, people who feel well prepared to teach science that might be able to help others.

We all need to have the same resources so that there is equity in how prepared people are to teach.
