         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>What did you notice?<br></strong>- wide range of answers<br>- big gaps - possibly not enough equity<br>- why where there so many who skipped the question?  did they maybe feel uncomfortable answering "not well prepared?"  should those "no answers" actually be "not well prepared?"<br><br><strong>What was a surprise?</strong><br>- what is it that makes each school feel differently from others?  <br><br><strong>What can we learn from this?</strong><br>- We all attend the same professional developments, but many people will attend other science pds that because of interest and feel better prepared. <br><br><br><strong>QUESTIONS/THOUGHTS WE HAD:</strong><br>- what grade levels said what?<br><br>- the timing of the survey may cause discrepancies in the data<br><br>- how do we communicate and broaden the definition of what "science" is - is "STEAM" considered science?  could this data be skewed?</div>]]></description>
