         <description><![CDATA[<div>With the content that teach, it's a lot of information that is being passed to the student since certifications are very technical. However, I can switch to using more pictures to communicate different concepts without overloading the student with a lot of words on the slide.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Use of Primacy-Recency effect.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Make use of the first and last 5 minutes of online session. I tend to skip over the overview of the lesson as well as the summary since we usually need to get through content pretty quickly. Spending more time on the overview and summary is going to be effective due to the Primacy-Recency effect.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Take breaks and leave time for Q&amp;A.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Pacing myself is key to making sure that we don't go over time for my online sessions. However, I forget to consider that students will need to break away from the lecture. In addition, we usually run close into time with most lectures so I'll practice a few of them to narrow down on time so that way it will leave time for students to ask questions and let the information sink in.</div>]]></description>
