         <description><![CDATA[<p>You may find that the impact of your diagnosis, treatment and side effects can affect your mental health and wellbeing. You may find it helpful to self-refer to the Stoke and Staffordshire talking therapies for free and confidential support. </p><p><br></p><p>As long as you are registered with a GP in these areas you can self-refer without needing to go to your GP doctor first. Many patients and staff find the service very helpful to support their mental health and wellbeing. The service operates in different ways including in-person, video and telephone calls. </p>]]></description>
