Project-based learning is often said to promote the intellectual and social development of students, for it requires them to actively participate in the process of acquiring knowledge and skills.The success of project-based learning,  depends  upon the ability of students to be initiative.Findings indicated that the project-based learning experience/exercise yielded not only positive learning outcomes, but also helped the students to improve their cognition, work ethics, and interpersonal skills. The last project based learning on Thailand with the help of class teacher, where we found the participants were initiative, intensive, responsive and interactive enhancing their confidence in interpersonal communication skills. The program was well planned.  The enact of Rocket, Lantern and bamboo festivals were really fun and enjoyable.
