Epiphytes, Bromeliad, Orchids, Rattan Palm, Amazon water lily, Rubber Tree, Bougainvillea, Vanilla Orchid, Palm Trees, Epiphyte
3. Rainforest Climate. In an average year in a tropical rain forest, the climate is very humid because of all the rainfall, which amounts to about 250 cm per year. The rain forest has lots of rain because it is very hot and wet. This climate is found near the equator.
4. The tropical rainforest is a biome with a constant temperature and a high rainfall, the level of humidity and density of the vegetation give the ecosystem a unique water and nutrient cycle, Rainforests around the world are threatened by human expansion.

Summers are mild, and average about 70°F (21°C), while winter temperatures are often well below freezing.
4. The temperate deciduous forest is a biome that is always changing. It has four distinct seasons: winter, spring, summer and fall. Winters are cold and summers are warm.

The taiga is the terrestrial biome with the lowest annual average temperatures after the tundra and permanent ice caps. ... The taiga or boreal forest has a subarctic climate with very large temperature range between seasons, but the long and cold winter is the dominant feature.
4. The taiga biome is also known as coniferous forest or boreal forest. This biome typically has short, wet summers and long, cold winters.

Oat, Foxtail, Buchloe, Nassella Pulchra, Rye grasses, Buffalo grass, Purple needle grass, Wildflowers, Shrubs, Clovers
3.Temperatures in this biome vary greatly between summer and winter. The summers are hot and winter are cold.
4. One of the main environmental concerns regarding temperate grasslands is the conversion of grassland to farmland. The rich soil is ideal for farming and grazing. With continual agricultural development and progress we have lost many of our natural grasslands.

During the day the temperature may reach 50°C, when at night it may fall to below 0°C. Deserts have less than 250 mm of rainfall per year. The rain can be unreliable. A barren area of landscape where little precipitation occurs and consequently living conditions are hostile for plant and animal life.
