Sharing knowledge.

The knowledge brings to know more about Allah.

Knowledge as a mandate.

Knowledge act of worship.

Adab in seeking knowledge:

Prophet Muhammad as a role model.

Manners are more crucial than knowledge.

To get blessed knowledge.

Al-Quran as a book guidance

Make it as a routine reading al-Quran.

Encourage member to read al-Quran.

Al-Quran as the main source of reference.

Reading al-Quran helps to feel calm.

As a student, we should read al-Quran regularly everyday even a word.

Today I learned about the pillars of Islam and Adab of seeking knowledge based on Hadith Jibrail. In hadith Jibrail, there was conversation between Prophet Muhammad SAW and an Angel (Jibrail).

The first content is Pillars of Islam:

• Islam to testify that there is no deity worthy of worship but Allah and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah

• To perform prayer, to give zakat

• To fast in Ramadan

• And make pilgrimage to the House if you're able to

• Believe in Allah

• Believe in His Angels

• Believe in His book

• Believe in His Messenger

• Believe in The Last Day

• Believe in Qada' and Qadar

• Refer to the knowledgeable person

• Don't afraid /shy/ hesitate to ask

• Don't afraid to say " I don't know"

We were having online usrah via Google meet because we're now have midsem break🥳. So today, we have discussions about the first 3 of pillars of Iman which is believe in Allah, believe in His books and believe in His Angels

Today I learned about the other 3 pillars of Iman:

• Believe in His Messenger

• Believe in The Last Day

• Believe in Qada' and Qadar

1. Believe in His Messenger ( 25 rasul )

   • Allah sent a messenger to guide humanity, deliver God's messages and taught people to live righteous lives according to His Wills.

   • Make prophet as a good role model in our life

   • We can learning about history / sirah about Prophet Muhammad

   • Increased the obedience to Allah

The big sign of the Qiyamah:

1. The rise of Dajjal

2. The sun rising from west

3. Yakjuj and makjuj being free from the wall of Dzulqarnain

The small sign of the Qiyamah :

1. Zina is rampant

2. The Arabs country becomes grass field and rivers

3. Women are dress but essentially naked

The hikmah is human will do good deeds

• Means believing that everything that happened, both good and bad is a part of God's plan.

• Faith in Qada' and Qadar can bring peace and acceptance.

Today we continue with the other 2 things in hadith Jibrail which is the concept of Ihsan and it's relation to islamic eschatology.

1. 3 characteristics of a muhsin ( person who practices Ihsan )

   • Giving kindness to other.

   • Giving kindness to others to the best one's ability.

   • Doing both (1 & 2) solely for the sake of Allah.

2. 3 prophets as an example

   • Prophet Nuh preached for many years

   • Prophet Yusuf rejected sinful act when hi was tempted with his master's wife.

   • Prophet Ibrahim thought of the best idea to preach to his family

It's related to the day of Judgment, encourages us to believe in doing good deeds.

Today we're learning about adab towards parents, friends, society and as a student🥰. But before I explained it more, I realised that adab and akhlak are different thing.

• Akhlak is a moral philosophy.

• Example: make our parents happy.

• Adab is a behaviour.

• Example: listening to their advice.

• Be humble towards them

• Seek Allah's forgiveness for your parents

• Use soft and respectful language

• Be good to your parents, even if they are harsh

Neighbours are the people closest to us after our own families.

• Do not show sour face

• Do not hold grudge or be hostile

• Feel free to ask for help

• Always ask from experts

• Verify the correctness of the knowledge

• Don't be shy to ask questions

• Don't be afraid to admit " I don't know'

• Avoid arrogance as it block the heart from receiving knowledge.

Every action depends on the intuition of the person to consider as Ibadah.

One of the hadith:

"Beribadahlah kamu seperti melihat Allah, walaupun kamu tidak melihatnya, akan tetapi Allah melihat kamu”

Narrated Bukhari.

Today, my naqibah gave an explanation about the hikmah (wisdom) of ibadah, which can be found in these 3 surah :

1. Surah Al-Ankabut verse 45

   • Salah connects us to Allah

   • Salah keeps us away from sins

   • Salah brings peace through dhikr

   • Allah sees every effort

2. Surah Al-Baqarah verse 183

   • Fasting is a divine prescription

   • Fasting required of
     people before us.

   • Rather than just skipping food, fasting help us to
     purify our soul.

3. Surah At-Tawbah verse 103

   • Zakat purifies the soul
     and wealth

   • The Prophet ﷺ was asked to pray for those who give.

     
     

   
   

Muslim should learn Islam from trusted sources, practice ikhlas, imitate the akhlaq of Rasulullah and always tadabbur the Quran.

Before salah :

• Physical preparation (wudu and tayammum)

1. Through salah, a Muslim submits fully to Allah’s physically, mentally, and spiritually. Praying with khushu’ is a form of jihad al-nafs (struggle against the self). It’s a spiritual mirror, 5 times a day. Through salah it hepls to keep our hearts clean and respectful. Salah is full of humble movements, bowing and prostrating are physical signs of lowering ourselves before Allah. With khushu’, we remember Allah is the Greatest and we are His servants with nothing.

Today my naqibah conducts our usrah via Google Meet :) So what is Ramadhan? Ramadhan is a month of fasting, prayer, and self-reflection. Sawm is not just hunger control, but it is for soul purification. Fasting teaches us to endure
hunger, thirst, and desires. we become more patience.Respecting others who are fasting: no eating in front of them unnecessarily and showing respect to
others and Allah’s time law. Fasting teaches empathy and we more likely want to help, donate and smile to other people.

Zakah and sadaqah encourage Muslims to become better individuals. These acts highlight the values of tawakkul (reliance on Allah) and ukhuwah (brotherhood). Moreover, this form of worship offers both spiritual and social benefits. Sadaqah does not decrease one’s wealth; instead, it increases barakah (blessings), as all wealth ultimately comes from Allah SWT. In addition, both virtues help build empathy, strengthen social unity, and purify our hearts and intentions. In this era of globalization, we can conveniently give zakah and sadaqah through online platforms.

Hajj and Umrah are among the five pillars of Islam. From these acts of worship, I learned two important values: Al-Tadhiyyah (sacrifice), which symbolizes surrender and submission to Allah, and Taqwa, which means being constantly aware of Allah in every action and thought. Hajj includes seven main rituals: ihram, tawaf, sa’i, wuquf, stoning, mabit, and tahallul. Hajj teach a Muslim to strengthens our trust in Allah and helps us detach from worldly things, while taqwa purifies the heart, improves our character, and brings inner peace. Before performing Hajj, we should prepare both physically and spiritually to ensure we gain its full blessings.
