There shouldn't be any different between us because we all in individuals with the same rights. Men and Women come together to create families and so on. Which is why Gender Equality is so important it can also tear a country apart.

-Margaret Thatcher

It's a simple picture but says a lot about financial status between men and women. Men obviously get paid more for doing the same work as women which isn't fair and this problem needs to get fixed before the company becomes completely corrupt

I really like how you used money as the main focus point in your art. This tends to be a big problem in the world. I don't work myself, but if I did I feel like this would have a bigger effect on me. But I still know that it isn't right or fair that men get paid more. And for what? Because their male? Why does it even matter? I feel like if women are doing the same exact work as a male is and is working her ass off ,she should get paid what she deserves. It's just ridiculous and doesn't make any sense at all. But sadly I don't think That will ever change. It's always been this way.

Yes. Nothing is set in stone. There is always a chance and time to change the world we live in. I believe someday people will put the differences to rest for the most part. People need to realize that yes men and women are different, but that doesn't mean they aren't also the same. We are human, plain and simple and I think peaceful leaders will spread this kind of message more and more.
