I know that Spartan men are trained to fight since the age of seven. I know that Poseidon and Athena had a contest to win Athens, Athena won with her gift of an olive tree. The people named the city after her.

Sparta and the Athens would go to war against each other. Athens was

a city-state in which women weren't aloud to go out alone. They had to have

a male companion or a slave. Women who were poor were aloud

to go out shopping alone. And went out more.

I learned a lot about the athens I learned that they ate wine with

bread for lunch and they had small houses the wealthy athens

had big houses also when the slaves wanted to take showers they had

to get a bucket and get water in it and that's how they slaves showered

I also learned that when the Persia the Spartans and Athens came together

too fight the Persia and they won, also that wealthy woman had to go out with

a slave by there side like to the market. Spartans and Athens have a lot in coman.

I already know about the city-states of Athenes and Sparta that they fought each other but then they teamed up to fight off the Persians. They only stopped fighting during the Olympics.
