Since I was small I had to eat and drinks non dairy food because it would make me very sick. So these are the foods and drinks that I had to eat when I was smaller

There is alot  more but I can not remember.

What you need:
Chocolate
Marshmallows
Rice Krispies

Method:
1. Put block of chocolate in bowl.
2. Then put bowl in microwave for 3 mins.
3. Once the chocolate is melted mix with spoon.
4. Pour Rice Krispies in bowl then mix more.
5. With spoon put mixture into cupcake holders.
6. Put as many marshmallows on Rice Krispies bun.
7. Place Rice Krispies buns in fridge for 30 Minutes.
8. Take out of fridge and share with family or friends

Method: 1. Open your mold, then pour your desired drink into it ,(you can find this at your local store) remember to try to fill it up to the top.

2. Replace the lid, and carefully put this into your freezer.

3.Wait patiently until your ice-pop is solid, this usually takes 2-4 hours.

4.When your ice-pop is ready proceed to gently lift it out of the mold.

5. Enjoy your delicious ice-pop!

Method 
1. Pour your chunky cream and gone of milk into a bowl.
2. Add in your snail guts, snail guts,witches nails, cat hair, dog poo, cat food and rotten fish eyes. 
3. Mix for a good 3 minutes until all fluffy and you can’t see the cat hair. 
4. When it’s all mixed up put it in the freezer for 2 hours.
5. Take it out of the freezer and eat.

Peru: gua (which is Guinea pig!) ceviche,potatoes and beef. They also drink Inca kola. 

Spain: tapas,French cusainne,seafood,bean omelette. Adults  also drink 
Red wine.
