I currently serve as the Administrative Head and Human Resource Officer at the Employers Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP). In this role, I oversee key areas such as HR strategy, organizational development, and administrative operations to support ECOP’s mission of promoting sound industrial relations and sustainable business practices. My work also includes developing employee engagement and capacity-building programs, recruiting and interviewing applicants, and assisting in onboarding new hires.

Although I’m still relatively new to the department, I’m passionate about building a positive, people-centered workplace. This is a particularly exciting time for us, as ECOP will be celebrating its 50th anniversary this September. We’re currently undergoing a rebranding, introducing new programs, and revamping our Secretariat to strengthen our impact and better serve our members.
