He has made many more hit movies since the mid 2000's to the present. He films most of his movies in Georgia where his company headquarters is located. He casts mostly African Americans. He has more than one story in his movies for example in,"Diary of a Mad Black Woman," Kimberly Elease had her problem and Tyler Perry had his problem. Usually at the end of his movies or around the climax they sing a church song.
