         <title>&amp;nbsp;I have to say that it&#39;s not a matter of how the shifts have been used. The instructional shifts in ELA, paired with universal design bring new meaning to specialized instruction for students with the most significant disabilities.</title>

I thought the shifts meant, for example, incorporating more close reading and text-dependent questioning.  I am doing those things, so I guess that means I'm using them?</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>As an ELL teacher I haven't used padlet, except at PD. However, I do like it.&nbsp;<br>As for the instructional shift in ELA, I do go into a lot of classrooms and see more technology being used,  more differentiation in terms of reading books, and more specific reading strategies being addressed individually, rather than as a whole group. </div>]]></description>
