A regular polygon is one where all angles and sides are equal.
In a right angled triangle, only one angle would be 90 degrees. The others would not be 90 degrees.
In this triangle, one angle would be 90 degrees and the others would be some other numbers, definitely not 90 degrees, because if other were 90 degrees, otherwise wouldn't be a triangle. And so, it won't be a regular polygon.
Therefore, a right angled triangle cannot be a regular polygon.

A right angled triangle can't be described as a regular polygon because a regular polygon has some complusions:
1. All sides should be equal
2. All angles should be equal

In a right angled triangle one of the angle is 90°. A triangle adds up to 180°. So the other two angles will be complementary angles ( Sum of triangle= 180°; so 180-90= 90, 90/2= 45°)
