I think that a right-angled triangle cannot be a regular polygon as regular polygons are figures where all the sides and angles of that particular figure are equal. Whereas, a right-angled triangle is a triangle in which one of the measures of an angle is 90° and the other two measures of the angles add up to 90°(the other two angles will be 45° and 45°). As two angles are equal and the other one is not similar to the other two, we can say that a right-angled triangle is an isosceles triangle. Since all angles are not equal, we can say that a right-angled triangle cannot be a regular polygon.

A regular polygon is a polygon that is equiangular (all angles are equal in measure) and equilateral (all sides have the same length). In a right angled triangle, one angle is equal to 90° and the other 2 angles add up to be 90° degree(angle sum property of triangle equals 180 degree, so 180°-90°=90°). For eg. let's say that the angles are 45°,90°, 45°. The angles cannot be equal as if we make them all 90 degree, then it won't be a triangle itself. Hence, a right angled triangle cannot be a regular polygon, since it cannot be equiangular.
