Communism or the political and economic ideology where everyone shares the wealth and the government owns all the businesses. Communism was resorted to after the fall of the czars but not everyone supported the communist. Forces loyal to the czar were anti-communist and known as the “Whites” and the Bolsheviks (communists) were known as the “Reds”. The Reds army was full of men who were dedicated to communism and were willing to do anything to keep the revolution going. The White army was kind of the opposite and wasn’t dedicated to restoring the czar.

-Economics reform distance decay this means it makes communication and transportation more difficult
-Since of 1998 crash Russia has slowly tried to recover its economy
-The reform lead to many raging debates
-The new reform lead to to horrible riots during the rebuilding of the economic system 
-When Gorbachev took charge the growth of the reform didn't go up but instead went to a negative growth 
-The was checking on Gorbachev on his new ideas of the reform 
-It was the first time a Soviet leader actually met the people and see what they wanted
-Not a single person  trusted him on doing the economic reform 
-A team of reforms went with the idea 
-The economy later became the second most important thing to worry about rather being the first even though they're in a budget 
-New reforms of the economy didn't make any profit
-Many members were not scared anymore so they decided to fight back due to the broken economy

1991 A new document was signed by high ranking people to end all of the madness 

1991 Soviet Union formally dissolved

1991 It was the end of the perestroika

Gorbachev also knew that this meant that if they wanted their economy to improve the communist party would have to loosen their grip on the soviet society and politics.In 1987,the following year he unveiled a third new policy,called democratization.This would be a gradual opening of the political system in Russia.This called for a new election for a new legislative body.In the past elections,merely approved candidates who were handpicked by the communist party.Now,voters could choose from a list of candidates for each office.The election produced many surprises.In several places,voters chose lesser-known candidates and reforms over powerful party bosses.
