Learning maps- keeps us structure and gives us a guide and focus. To use more of all the resources and materials we spent time mastering throughout the pandemic. Making learning more interactive, more virtual trips, and even if we aren't remote. We can continue to use the google classroom and implementing technology and those life skills they will need especially because we live in such a technological society.
 Students struggling to adjust to being back in the building. Student being below grade level or nowhere near the standards that we will be addressing in the Curriculum Maps. Having to try and catch them up but also teach them the skills and standards they need to know for their grade level.

This is also very helpful for teachers who are in multiple classrooms, and do not have planning time within the grades it provides them with the framework to prepare and align their teaching with the priority learning standards.  

Worrisome: It can appear overwhelming because there is a lot of information in it, and it would be helpful to have a pd diving deeper into the document showing us how to navigate the document in its entirety.  

Need to Know: Where to begin and how we can align this learning map with our grade curriculum maps.  

Stance or Suggestions:  This is a very beneficial tool to use, we feel a PD where we can further explore it at more length would be beneficial to help the teachers feel more confident utilizing it next year in their planning.
