The Very Hungry Caterpillar

Beginning:
A tiny caterpillar hatches from an egg. He is very hungry, so he starts looking for food.

Middle:
He eats lots of different food, like fruit, cake, cheese, and more! He keeps eating and eating until he gets very big.

End:
After eating so much, he builds a cocoon around himself. Then he comes out as a beautiful butterfly!

Pete the Cat- I love my white shoes

Beginning:

Pete the Cat gets a brand-new pair of white shoes. He’s so happy and sings a song while he walks down the street.

Middle:

He steps in strawberries, blueberries, and mud! Each time, his shoes change colors red, blue, and brown, but Pete doesn’t get upset. He just keeps walking and singing his song.

End:

At the end of the story, Pete steps in water and his shoes turn white again (but now they’re wet!). Pete still loves his shoes and keeps singing, “It’s all good!”

A Bad Case of Stripes

Camilla really loves lime beans but does not want her friends to know because they don’t like them.

Middle:

Camilla develops stripes on the first say of school.

End:

Camilla eats lime beans and admits she loves them and her stripes go away.
