         <description><![CDATA[<div>Joshua Merry: 25725142<br><br>For Josh's SWOT analysis of McDonald's he clearly described the strengths, weaknesses and opportunities of the company, within the analysis, I think he could've explained more clearly the threats to McDonald's. Another point Josh could have improved upon is using more academic sources to underpin his arguments, although the academic sources he did use he referenced and cited them correctly.&nbsp;<br><br>Within Josh's infographics he answers the questions well and backs up his points well with information from academic sources, although some of his explanations felt a bit long winded and could be written more concisely. The design of the infographics is very minimalistic and could use some more graphics or pictures to draw some more interest.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Dominic Newland: 26434957<br><br>Josh chose McDonalds for his brand to carry out his marketing situational analysis on. To do the situational analysis he used the SWOT analysis tool. He not only described each individual strength, weakness, opportunity and threat very well, but also explained how an individual point can effect other points to form a stronger argument. Josh correctly used Harvard referencing when doing his reference list as well as when writing in-text citations. Although he could have benefited from using more references to back up his already cohesive arguments. One more thing Josh could have done to improve is use another marketing situational analysis tool with SWOT analysis, for example, PESTLE or Porter's 5 forces to further develop his argument.&nbsp;<br><br>Josh's infographics are&nbsp;very informative with lots of key information. Although perhaps at times there is slightly too much information, and it would be better off splitting it up or eliminating unnecessary words. Again Josh correctly uses the Harvard referencing style for his in-text citations and references. The infographics are very smart but could do with some more colour and/or graphics to make them more aesthetically pleasing.</div>]]></description>
