This airport is known colloquially as "El Plumerillo"
It is located in the Las Heras department, Mendoza province, Argentina. In 2017, the airport transported 1,813,623 passengers, making it the fourth busiest airport in Argentina, after Ezeiza, Aeroparque and Córdoba.

The headquarters of the Aviation Section of the Mountain Army 8 of the Argentine Army and the IV Air Brigade of the Argentine Air Force are located at this airport.

Getting from the airport to the bus station

The best way to get to "Del Sol" bus station is to take a taxi.
Cost: approximately 300 ARS (3.94 USD)
Road trip duration: approximately 10 minutes by road 40.
It is the fastest way to get there but it is not cheap.

Taxis, remises and Uber

Taxis are so frequent in Mendoza, they can be found in every corner. They are yellow and black, although some are black and white in the North of Mendoza(Lavalle).
If you just want to move around the city, it is an excellent option because long-distance taxis are expensive.
Cost: depends on how far you want to go.

Restrictions: only 4 people can travel into it(common situation) Due to Covid-19, only 2 people can travel (plus the driver).

Remises prices are almost the same as taxi prices.

UBER
Mendoza is one of the few cities in Argentina where Uber works legally

Uber even has its own stop, right in front of the taxis (black and yellow). The price of an Uber road trip from Mendoza Airport to the city is between 160/200 ARS (2,63 USD)

There are too many local bus services around the city. You can go nearby or travel to different province locations because some of them are long-distance buses.
This mean of transport has different colors that represent a group(eg. Group 500)
Ticket cost: 18 ARS (0,24 USD) in the metropolitan area. If you want to go further you will have to pay more.
Ways to pay: rechargeable cards: SUBE and Red Bus.
Frecuency: every 25 minutes.
Hours of operation: 5:10 am to 12:30 am

Advantages: economical and efficient.
Disadvantages: may take longer to get where you want.
Some of them are not friendly to disabled people.

neighborhoods such as Godoy Cruz, Maipú, Las Heras and Guaymallén. It has become an useful way to get home or travel around the city.

Frecuency: 20 minutes
Hours of operation: from 5:30 am to 12:30 am

Advantages: disable people are welcome, 180 people can travel by tramway.

This mean of transport is less used than public buses but it is very important, too.

Reservations should be made ahead of time.

Advantages: Travellers can go wherever they want without waiting for too long. Proper space.
Disadvantages: If visiting for the first time, you can get lost.
