We make sure everyone knows our target goal and where we currently stand. This year we have a Slime Theme bulletin board which students love. Each class has a poster with ATTENDANCE spelled out. Each day the class has perfect attendance they cross a letter out. When the entire word is crossed out the class gets awarded with prizes such as: popsicles, popcorn, sock day, lunch outside, extra PE time,etc... In the past we have been awarded the incentive funding and we used that money to buy toys and bikes and had a raffle for students. Each day they came to school their name was put into the raffle for a chance to win. That was a big hit! We used to post a flag outside of our door and spell attendance for popsicles, we also used a traveling trophy.
