         <description><![CDATA[<p>biologically:</p><ul><li><p>more lethargic </p></li><li><p>feeling ill</p></li></ul><p>socially:</p><ul><li><p>less face-to-face contact with friends (those who are reliant on it suffer the most)</p></li><li><p>people either being more or less responsible about their hygiene (masking, social distancing, cleaning frequently)</p></li><li><p>people getting more hooked onto social media to substitute social interactions </p></li><li><p>people who were quarantined with their dysfunctional family had to put up with them</p></li></ul><p>psychologically:</p><ul><li><p>increased levels of anxiety (fear of contracting covid, fear mongering,death rates)</p></li><li><p>increased loneliness and less perceived social support</p></li><li><p>people who were quarantined in unhealthy environments developed higher level of stress </p></li><li><p>losing concept of time due to the pocket of quarantine</p></li><li><p>people gained more motivation to try new things or hobbies </p></li><li><p>people who were aversed to social interaction went through less stress than their normal lives</p></li></ul><p><br/></p>]]></description>
