How he gave up when he couldn't get what he wanted. He cares about his family that he wants to make them rich, and being this poor makes him depressed. </div>]]></description>

I mean like betwee mn —e and you<br>(She turns to face him.)&nbsp;" (Hansberry 533)  In this quote it shows his emotional feeling for his wife. Walter really cares about her and wants the betterment for his family's wellbeing. His emotional pain is the fact that he dosent have money to start a liqour store. Walter is tired of being like a servant to other people. </div>]]></description>

He wants to get a liquor store because he thinks it will finally make him rich and his life will be better. In his mind its one of his priorities. </div>]]></description>
