Which goes to show where his corrup ruling came from his young life as a criminal. Lenin appointed Joseph Stalin to serve on the first Central Committee of the Bolshevik Party. There he continued to climb up into power.

Millions of farmers refused to cooperate with Stalin’s orders and were shot or exiled as punishment. Which was just one problem he took care of he would enslave and use people in camps for work that needed to be done.
