Having worked for this event gives me much motivation and experience to contribute fully to The Memorial Workshop “Lost but never forgotten”. The approach of letting the public interact with the event's purpose just already makes it a success. The difference between the 2 projects is that now the participants will have the chance of creating their own art and not just fill in colours like The Street Art Together.

Therefore, some important factors should be taken in consideration such as:
  • What exactly do we want to do in the workshop
  • Estimate the costs and time required to equip the workshop
  • Arrangement of the machines and worktables to ensure enough space to maneuver
  • The number of machines and workshop accessories
  • Calculate the number of workers / people in the workshop
  • Space for storing lumber and other materials for processing, and the storage of finished products
  • Room for the finish
  • How accessible the workshop will be 
  • Security for preventing theft
When it comes to the site plan, the Memorial Workshop will be divided in five main sections, starting with a key point where the project will be introduce to people as a brief and how it works.
