Thank you for presenting your research! This is a really interesting and multi-faceted topic. I’m wondering about your emergent finding of discrepancies across policy levels around language accessibility. I think a potential connection could be a tenet of the theory of radicalized organizations (Ray,2019)- that decoupling (policy being disconnected from practice) is often racialized. This literature would perhaps offer a theoretical exploration of what is happening, as well as a critique of schools as racialized organizations. Also would love to hear more about your methods and thoughts for future research! Great job! -Ashlyn
