We are required  to create a padlet on our own account. 
Then, we need to add our profile picture to our padlet.
The purpose to use this Padlet is to write our class reflection. 
There is total 22 classes for this semester and we need to create one padlet for each class.

Besides, we also have a small test in the lab by using Quizlet. First, we are required to join the class by using the link that provided by lecturer. Then, we join the quiz live with the provided code. The quiz live will automatically choose the group mate for us. Then, each of the member will received the same question for the quiz but the correct answer is only one. So, we must indicate which member has the correct answer and click on it. Each question is only need to answer by one member. As a result, we need to have a very high cooperation between the group mate. We learned the importance of multimedia networking, the type of networking, characteristic of different networking, the key element of internet.

As a summary for this chapter, we learn that the networking is very important for us. We can use it to delivery message, search for information, storage information, business purpose(online banking) and communication. Besides, each type of networking has its characteristic. Nevertheless, the standard plays an important role. For example, in mobile industry if there is no standard, the users may face a lot of problems. Stand is use to make sure that the user can still communicate although the use the different brand of mobile phone. In the other words, it is the cooperation between the companies/ brand. 

After the lecture, we start to form our assignment group and lecturer briefs about the assignment 1 and assignment 2. 

We also required to revision for chapter 1 because we may have a quiz in the following class which is on 20/9/2018

we use quizlet to do the quiz as usual. We have given few chances to revision before we answer the quiz by using socrative.

The quiz is all subjective question and true false question.

it is not include the quiz mark. We are given a chance to do revision in the lab for about 20min. 
After that, we start our group quiz.    We divide in to few group randomly just like last week, then we answer the quiz about topic 1. 

We do the group test for 3 times. Then, we only start our individual quiz. The questions of the test are same as group quiz. And the mark of test is recorded.

Actually, the group quiz (quizlet live) is a very good activity for us to recall back what we have learnt and strengthen our understanding. 
So that, we can easily answer the test.

Protocol
OPEN SYSTEM INTERCONNECTION (OSI) layer model.
-happen when u connect to internet.
-what happen when u connect internet.

-very thing starts in layer 7
- physical connection = cable
- every layer has its function but group in group
- the layer 7 work with another layer 7 , then only layer 6 to layer 6, then 5,4,3,2,1 then only get the data.

why we need this model ?
- model for network communication

application layer - happen in interface
-when we use the things that related to network. ex: when we use facebook, whatapps, game, google.

presentation layer -translate the data that you send to the receiver with the format that they understand.
-ex: both of the host speak the same language./ the format of photoshop document cant be open in the computer that does not have the Adobe photoshop.

session layer - opens and close communication
- when the receiver receive the data then it will close
- it will close when the communication complete
ex : whatapps blue tick , after tick it will close

transport layer - mainly for security
- make sure it is safe, not from hacker/ spam...
- will not pass through firewall if it is suspicious

network layer - find the fast path to send the data (fast n safe)
- data starts to send
- find the correct location

data link layer - make sure the data that sent is free of error
* how to make sure?*
network layer will inform the location (kawasan)and data link will search the host through IP address.(orang yang sepatutnya dapat data tersebut)

physical layer - data sampai dengan selamat.
- the communication happen successfully.

We learnt to use Hp reveal. 

Firstly, we create an Aura. Secondly, we upload the picture that we bring as trigger and video as overlay.After we saved it we use phone to scan the picture and the overlay come out.

Some of the student face problem when they scan the picture. However, lecturer explain that, the are some factors will effects the outcome which are internet speed, device, size of trigger   and most important thing is must login with same account.

After that, lecturer let use try with other picture and video than exchange with other friend to get their overlay.
