Every morning I usually have a big breakfast with cereal, sandwiches and egg. In the afternoon  for lunch I have a big plate of soup and rice with sausages, or beef, chicken and fish. I often eat vegetables and fruit. I never have lunch  at home.
I don't often eat chips, I prefer the food.
