I enjoy working and communicate with others.I was a group leader when I was secondary five.I liked solving problems through community service.The experience let me know that I am outgoing.In the group discussion, our group always be the best group in our class.Though this experience, I have learnt more in team working.

I good at communicating with people. I was in the captain in the volunteer team. I planned different activities for my teammates in the team to help others and help them reflect after each activity. I can express my idea clearly in the process and listen to my teammate’s opinions. I will come up with different strategies to motivate and work with different teammates.

I enjoy communicating with others very much.I was a volleyball team captain.Volleyball is a team game and it need us to communicate with teammates and coach, so I liked to communicate with them the strategies.In the inter school volleyball competition, we won the boys senior team champion.In the competition, we faced different kind of challenge and we try to solve it together.I believe that jointly solve the difficulties we face through communication.
