To Napoleon's code and his downfall leading to the Congress of Vienna's decision of undoing the revolution and instilling the constitutional monarchy, whilst, the Latin American countries including Mexico were going for their independence and revolt during power vacuums and then into the unification of Italy. European nations changed quite a bit. They used to be very conservative with no sense of nationalism insight, but in the matter in less of a century, it all changed. Nationalism taking way more of a foothold then it ever did, changing the futures of Italy and European countries alike, and the rejection of the idea of conservatism by the masses who weren't of high class, liking more the liberal viewpoint. European countries changed a ton, and they will continue changing.

In Mexico, compared to the other Latin revolutions, it was more unique at the start. A man by the name Father Hidalgo, gathered up those below Creole status, and started to revolt and protest, against the Spanish rule. This was very unusual, since peasants and mainly people below Creole rule, really didn't hold much for the revolutions, or get a say. But unfortunately the revolt was a failure due to hesitation but as well, the other side fighting back (royalists, higher class) hard. But then then afterwards, Agustin De Iturbide, made a proposal for Mexico to be a independent constitutional monarchy, and soon Mexico became a independent country. The revolutions as well came about, due to the rise of the nationalistic ideas, since the Creoles, had no sense of self, so they made their own. The revolutions influenced the others in Europe to go in their own paths, and to think of their Nationalism and either to break away or unite!

The Latin American revolutions, are clusters of revolutions, that happened in Latin America. The reason for these revolutions, were due to how corrupt the hierarchy was. Peninsulares, Creoles and Mestizos and etc. Those who've lead the revolutions were mostly Creoles. The reason why Creoles lead, was since the fact, Creoles (those, born in Latin America, but were of pure European decedent) had no rights in the government, in the land they were born and and the same time they were legally for another country they haven't seen. They wanted to have the power as well, and overthrow the Peninsulares!

Napoleon, started as popular French Revolution war general, to a the consul and to the emperor and then to nothing. Napoleon had an extreme influence onto Europe, and even other countries to this day. Napoleon, the emperor of France, did many reforms, and changes, such as the Napoleonic Code, which added to the Nationalistic views that were surging during his reign. The Napoleonic code, was a set of laws and etc, that really gave the citizens a good deal of rights (except women.) These rights, were the kind of rights french revolutionaries would've stood for and loved. He as well, helped stabilize France from it's crippling debt and even expand France beyond it's borders making it extremely powerful. He as well, reconnected relations to the church and let people practice their own religion. His military tactics were top notch for the time, but sooner he later fell from power due a major lost to Russia. When France fell, a major power vacuum was there, and France fell into debt, but though his reign was short-lived it was surely felt. It was felt by the Latin American colonies controlled by Spain, as they now were controlled by Napoleon's relative and it left some room for revolution and independence for some countries to come by!

Unification of Italy

The unification of Italy was one of the few success revolutions/unification at the time. Their were three main leaders at the time, Mazzini, influencing and instilling nationalism into the Italian people, Cavour, actually legally and politically uniting Italy, and Garibaldi, essentially the general/leader for the unification of Italy. Since much of Italy was culturally similar, and etc, instilling nationalism and a sense of pride for one's own mother land wasn't so hard, but it had be the most important part, since who would accept such unification if they were all different. Cavour was able to unite the northern parts of Italy through pure diplomacy leading it easier and more insured of successful unification. Garibaldi took the southern and northern states and united them, and soon the rest of Italy followed suit. This shows, that a detailed and a organization revolution/unification will actually work compared to the failed ones of the past. But it as well shows how strong Nationalism can bring those together or apart.

The Congress of Vienna, was a meeting between European nations (Austria, France, Prussia, Britain Russia) , after Napoleon was sent to exile to Elba. The meeting was set up by Klemens Von Metternich, and in this meeting, between monarchies, conservationism was extremely popular amongst them. But the meeting was about how to keep a balance of power between the nations, undoing all of the French Revolution's progress, and what to do French stolen land. All of the results were very conservative, to basically restore the monarchy. The result was a constitutional monarchy for France and the land taken to go back, but HRE to be split amongst the countries. This effected Europe, a ton, as it lead more opportunities for Latin American in in-dependencies and a sense of wrong for the citizens, as their hard-work was squashed by large monarchies, most likely resentment, and ideas for their own citizens to revolt on their own.
