         <description><![CDATA[<div>Eating disorders include<br>Anorexia Nervosa<br>Bulimia Nervosa<br>Binge Eating Disorder<br><br>Foods that are high in fat are also high in calories. Sugary foods contain more calories than fresh vegetables and fruits, which are higher in water and fiber. Food preparation also plays a role in how many calories a food delivers.</div><div><br>BMI does not always matter- a person who is very muscular, for instance, may have a higher BMI but still be healthy.&nbsp;<br><br>Physical activity helps lose weight, but it also helps relieve stress, promotes a normal appetite response, increases self-esteem, which helps you keep your plan on track, and helps you feel more energetic.<br><br>Some Dietary Supplements have lead to things like heart attacks to people. Others have been linked to serious liver damage. Dietary supplements are no substitute for eating a variety of healthful foods.</div><div><br>Avoid performance enhancers- they pose serious health risks.</div>]]></description>
