         <description><![CDATA[<div>At Southwest Middle School, the administration implemented a multi-tiered discipline approach for classroom management. Teachers are given a worksheet that has steps to fill out if a student is not following the expectations.<br>What I like about this system is that&nbsp; addresses the behavior with the student the first time while it's still "not a problem". Students understand that they are in control of their behavior and its outcome. &nbsp;<br> &nbsp;</div>]]></description>
