Additionally, literature has the power to entertain, inspire, and challenge readers to consider new perspectives. During the Spanish Colonial Period, Filipinos participated in fiestas that the Spaniards had taught them. Last but not least, it was during this time that English first became widely used in works from the Modern Period.

Based on what I have read, present-day literature focuses more on experiences in society with many elements from previous literature periods being used such as belief systems that are not proven. In this story, the people think only men should go fishing which is very wrong.

Literature from the Pre-Colonial Period has had an effect on literature in the modern world because it incorporates historical perceptions that still hold true today. The literature of the Spanish Colonial Period has had an impact on modern literature because it introduced complex characters and numerous religiously themed stories, giving contemporary authors more options for how to structure their stories. Because English became widely known and used in contemporary literature, it had an impact on literature from the Modern Period. As a result, the majority of the novels and poetry we have today are written in English. It has also influenced many writers today to voice their opposition to social issues.

In the modern Philippines, literature has the purpose of allowing us Filipinos to express our feelings so that others can support us and help us discover new things. As literature is one way of keeping documents, it also aids in preserving our Filipino culture.

While I was reading the poem, "To Follow a Line" by Noel P. Tuazon it gave me an eye-opener. The poem's message is about learning more from our failures than from our successes because in the end, it will be worth it. Not only do we find out what doesn't work so we can adjust our future attempts, we learn about ourselves in the process and gain a bit of empathy toward others who might be struggling as well. Lastly, being able to learn from others results to experience wherein you can pass down what you have learned with your families and friends.

Another is the ability to learn and grow quickly. Lastly, I have a positive attitude and resilience as well as I have the determination and perseverance in performing tasks. On the other hand, one of my weaknesses would have to be the difficulty of working in a team environment. Another is that I have the tendency to be overly critical of myself and others and I have difficulty delegating tasks. Lastly, I struggle with public speaking.

Surviving the reality of the world and becoming a business leader is my main goal. In achieving this goal, I must adapt to changing circumstances and overcome challenges as they arise. Moreover, I would keep a positive mindset, cultivate resilience, and maintain a strong support system of friends and family. As for becoming a successful business leader, is a common goal for many people who are driven and have a passion for making a difference in the world. In achieving this goal I must combine hard work, dedication, and a willingness to continually learn and grow. It's important to remember that success is a journey, not a destination. By setting clear goals and continuously striving for self-improvement, one can increase their chances of achieving success and realizing their potential.

Out of all of Campbell's 12 Archetypes, I feel that I would fall under The Orphan archetype since the experience of feeling disconnected and disconnected from the world around me is something I relate to. I also experience feelings of loneliness, abandonment, and insecurity. I may struggle with feelings of not belonging or fitting in and may have experienced traumatic events from my past relationships that have contributed to these feelings.
On the other hand, this did not stop me from all these feelings since I found a sense of connection and belonging from meeting new people. I was able to seek out new relationships as a way of finding a sense of purpose and meaning in life. Until this day, I have been trying my very best and working hard to overcome the feelings of insecurity and loneliness since it is still there as well as being highly empathetic and understanding of others who are going through similar experiences as I am. This made me realize that I am still exploring my own values and learning to rely on my own inner strength and resilience in the face of life's challenges and as well as gaining a deeper understanding of myself and the world around me.

I hope this letter finds you well. I recently read about your story and I wanted to share my thoughts with you. I know that you must have been hurt and lonely after the events that unfolded with Ares and Aphrodite. It must have been difficult to watch your brother fall for someone else, especially someone who was married to another god.

I know that you have a reputation as the Goddess of Chaos, but I see a different side of you. You are a goddess who craves companionship and love, just like any other deity. I see someone who is loyal to her family and friends, even if they do not always reciprocate that loyalty.

It is unfortunate that you were not able to prevent the events that led to Ares and Aphrodite's downfall. However, I hope you can find solace in the fact that you were not the cause of their problems. They made their own choices, and they will have to live with the consequences.

I also hope that you can find peace within yourself. I know that you have a tumultuous past, but that does not define who you are. You have the power to make your own destiny, to forge your own path.
