Participants from Primary English Teachers in Si Satchanalai District arrived at PEER Center. Teachers received workshop materials. The opening ceremony was taken by Mr.Udom Denchalermchaikul, the deputy director of Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The objects of workshop was announced by Mr.Chaweng Upatham, the director of the PEER Center for Si Satchanalai district and president of the Teachers' Association of Si Satchanalai District.

9:30 AM, July 21, 2025: Ice-Breaking Activities by Six Foreign Guest Speakers

Six foreign guest speakers from the Mini English Program (MEP) of Anuban Si Satchanalai (Ban Had Soong) School led the participants in an ice-breaking activity. Participants were divided into six groups according to the stickers on the back of their name tags. Each participant received clues from the speakers and had to walk around to find their group mentors, communicating in English.

Participants were divided into two groups.

Group 1 attended the Listening and Speaking Skills station.
Group 2 attended the Reading and Writing Skills station.

Each group spent one hour at their first station.

This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is established between the PEER Center and schools within its jurisdiction to promote cooperation in developing English communication skills. This collaboration aligns with the new reform practices in English language teaching implemented by the Office of the Basic Education Commission, utilizing the New English Teaching Management Manual based on the international English language proficiency standards of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

There was a certificate awarding ceremony to honor the training participants, guest speakers, and the working committee. And the hosts gave summary of key takeaways, distribution of resources, and certificates. Discussion of follow-up support and future professional development opportunities at PEER Center.
