         <description><![CDATA[<p>During our "stress bucket" activity, we explored how we felt and discovered that experiencing negative emotions is natural, emphasizing the importance of acknowledging them. As we searched for ways to cope with these feelings, we realized that each of us has unique methods and strategies. This led to inspiring one another as we discussed various approaches to managing negative emotions.</p>]]></description>
