Let’s say about Housekeeping. People who work here called room attendants . They are responsible for cleanliness in hotel.  This department is for people who like tidiness. Responsibilities of workers:

-          Tidying rooms

-          Checking mini-bar

-          Stripping the beds

-          Checking spare beddings in room

-          Setting the air-conditioning in rooms

-          Giving first aid and probably medicine too

and others. Dress code is a special uniform.

We have to start our career from the lowest position and in future we can be the best hotel director (we hopeJ).  Thank you for your attention.

At the reception we can be: front desk clerk, concierge, bellhop, maintenance worker or valet.

The front desk clerk is responsible for: checking in, checking out, damage deposit, issue room key and wish a nice stay at hotel, helping guests and reports. This person must be talkative, helpful. You should know the plan of the city and attractions in the area. 

Concierge help you explore the local attractions such as trendy shopping district, museum or exhibitions.

Bellhop take the guests luggage to their rooms.

Maintenance worker fix problems with the rooms e.g. repair the door

Valet parks guest car in front of the hotel.

Housekeeper is responsible for: cleaning the toilet, disinfecting all counters and surfaces, replacing toiletries, emptying trash bins, changing the towels and sheets, vacuuming the carpet and making the bed. 

In the restaurant you can be waiter or waitress. They are responsible for greeting guests, seating guests, taking an order, serving dishes, cleaning tables, making coffee with milk, polishing cutlery.

They may also be room service attendant. This person carries ordered food to the guest room.

We would like to have fitness center and heated pool with vending machine and ice machine where guests can work out and relax.

-Delivery manager-receiving orders and sending finished concept sketches.

-Head manager-promotion company in the world and supervision department of advertising.

-Advisor of main designer-help in detecting mistakes and their removal from projects.

-Customer advisor-advise the customer to assist in decision-making.

 Main way of advertising will be a website and cooperation with major existing organizations,after reaching right amount of funds, we would hire some gadening newspapers.

We want to start our business market by taking lesser orders in a nearby area and slowly reach more influental clients. After that we are going to build more offices in across Poland, if it is successful our Head Manager Jakub Bogdański began to develop a plan to enter European market.

Hotel reception provides not many facilities, for example access to  a computer and internet and generally that’s all. As receptionists  we will have to stay all time and it isn’t comfortable. Receptionists can sit only when no one is in lobby.  Receptionists dreams about sofa on their working place, but it isn’t possible. However , we think, that it is the best department to start career in the hotel.

and others. Dress code is a special uniform. It is hard to say something about facilities, that hotel provides for room attendants. It will be definitely safety and good working conditions. Room attendants dream about guests, who like tidiness, because it is easier to clean clean room than dirty.

And finally we want to say, that if we want to be hotel directors, we will have to start our career from the lowest positions and in future we can achieve our goal (at least we hope so :)).
