The Black death is one of the deadliest widespread in history. It originated in Europe between 1348 and 1350 and it is said to be caused by Yersinia pestis which is a bacteria. The Black Death is said to have demolished 30% to 60% of Europe's population. Many bodies were thrown into the river or piled up into pits due to the lack of burial sites. Coffins were not always available so they would have to place the bodies onto boards to be carried to the carried to graveyards or pits.
