Action: Lifestyle Choices
- Take risks! It's okay to not have a set in stone plan! Try something new in the classroom. This can help students discover new things and encourage them to come out of their own comfort zones.

Action: Advocacy
- Don't be afraid to put your ideas out there! If you have an idea, speak up and tell others! You may be thinking in a way that no one else is, but can improve students' learning, your own learning, and even colleague's learning if you make your voice heard.

This will allow you to establish relationships with students and let them know that you are a team.

Action: Social Entrepreneurship
- Establish responsibility in the classroom! Allow children to come up with ways to help out in their community, or even just the classroom.

Action: Social Justice
-Include families! Take every opportunity that you can to involve student's family into the classroom. This is one way that you can learn more about each child and their life outside of school. This will also help foster relationships both inside and outside the classroom.

Action: Lifestyle Choices
- Find a happy medium between your work life, your outside life and your students' lives. It is easy to fall into the habit of bringing outside emotions into the classroom, however, in order to create a positive environment, you have to push feelings to the side sometimes. You have to find what is most important for your students.
