I'm so excited to hear that you've decided to register for the run! Since this is your first time participating in a run of this level, I think there are some things you ought to know.

First and foremost, make sure to eat and drink plenty. This is essential to prepare your body for an intense run without any complications. Secondly, run everyday! Run a few kilometers each day, but also make sure to get plenty of rest after each run so you don't overwork your body. Last but not least, never give up. Your body may feel like it will fall over and crumble when you exert yourself but trust me, the human body is more capable then people realize. Improvement requires you to push your limit.

That's all the advice I can give you for now. See you at the race!

Sincerely,

Syed

Hi Cindy,

You've heard it right! I am joining the Bintang International Run. I am really happy to hear about you joining the competition, and of course, I can help you. The first step in running is that you should practice. You have to go for runs or a light jog at least four times a week. I remember your neighborhood having a big park. You can start your training sessions there and progressively move on to tracks. Besides, I actually listen to songs while running, as it keeps me motivated and puts me in my prime. Maybe you should give it a try, Cindy. Well, you have my secrets, and I hope they help, Cindy.

Dear Cindy,

How are you? It is nice to hear that you are joining an running event for the first time. I am writing to help you to prepare yourself for the event.

First of all, you can prepare yourself by doing some running exercise. You can do it either in a nearby park or a local gym that equips with a treadmill. In addition, you should also prioritize eating healthy diet.

I always motivate myself before any run. One of motivation that I can tell is that you should always focus on your each step, and not the future problem. When you succeed, you will be proud as you look back at all the efforts you have done.

That's is all from me. I hope you will have a good experience.

Hi Cindy,

It's nice to hear from you! How have you been? I hope you've been well. It's a bit of a surprise to hear that you're joining the Bintang International Run with me, but regardless I hope you have a good time.

I know a couple of tips and tricks during my years of running that may prove useful to you. First, you can prepare for the run by doing some jogs in the park to train your stamina. A couple of minutes per day or at least once a week is enough. Besides the park, you could also try the local gym and train on a treadmill instead.

I keep myself motivated by having running buddies to discuss with. Having another friend who loves running as well helps to keep us both looking forward to the run. Other than that, instead of focusing everything, I would look at the small details one by one to avoid myself from being overwhelmed. Large monumentous tasks can be handled more easily if we work each thing one by one.

I hope all my advices here may prove useful to you in your run. I hope you have a fun first international run.

Best regards,

a4teui9o'a4t f

Especially if its your first time running, trust me, it takes a toll on your mind when you don't meet your expectations. Furthermore, make sure to prepare physically. For example, building your stamina with just walking or something like riding a bicycle. This will help with that feeling of exhaustion after you've ran with some effort. In addition to that, a good place to train is your local park. It should be large enough to lap a few times. On top of all this, if you're struggling with motivation, you should set a goal for yourself as well as rewarding yourself afterwards. For instance, buying some ice cream or a savory meal after the run.

I hope this helps! Happy training!

Your cousin,

Jeffri

Hope this email finds you well. I've heard that you've joined the Bintang International Run. Since it's your first time joining any types of run, Here are some tips from my 5 years of experience.

Firstly, you have to train your stamina and endurance for the run. You can start by doing long distance running at a slower pace. This will increase your stamina drastically. Wether at the park, running tracks or the side walks, you can run anywhere as long as its safe, ideally running along the neighbourhoood, it's all up to your preferences. Then, you should keep track of your progress and gradually increasing the pace as you go on more runs. Furthermore, you should maintain a healthy diet, drink plenty of water and always stretch after any runs. Also, make sure to have enough rest.

Last but not least, a great tip to run longer is to never look ahead, always focus on whats happening now and control your breathing. Moreover, running is all about the mind, you should never give up even when youre out of breath, That's what i always do to get motivated.

I hope all my advices really help. If you need anymore advice, you can always ask me about it. Good luck on your run!

Love,

Xean Kit.

I hope you are fine. I'm glad to hear that you are joining the international running event. As a runner, I would like to share you about my 5 years' experience.

First of all, 5-kilometre run is a long-distance running, you should have a health body and including much stamina. Since you are a beginner to running, you should train your stamina every weekend. For example, you can run a kilometer with 3 set for helping your body to build endurance for long-distance running. Following that, you can either train at the running track or some park. Besides that, you can also install some apps to record your running results. Furthermore, you can invite your friends to jog together or set a goal to improve your performance and stay motivated.

That is all from me. I hope my advice is helpful for you. Make sure to take a rest the day before the race. Good luck!

Your cousin,

Yat chun
