Hello. I want to introduce my favorite food, Bulgogi to you.

Bulgogi is a conventional Korean food. Bulgogi is not a nationwide food in Korea because you can find it in any Koreatown around the world.

I love beef. Beef is a good source of protein. Bulgogi is a very nutritional food with beef and vegetables.

Here is my favorite recipe. (This is Mr. Paik’s Recipe who is a pioneer of easy recipes in Korea)

(recipe from: https://youtu.be/p3IQTouKyH0)
Beef bulgogi (4 servings)
[Ingredients]
3 cups of beef sirloin (500g)
1 cup of onion (120g)
1/2 cup of shiitake mushroom (30g)
1/3 cup of green onion (30g)
1 red pepper (10g)
2.5 tbsp of brown sugar (30g)
1 tbsp of starch syrup (30g)
2 tbsp of pureed onion (20g)
1 tbsp of minced garlic (18g)
6 tbsp of dark soy sauce (60g)
1/2 tsp of pepper (1g)
1 tsp of sesame seeds (2g)
3 tbsp of sesame oil (30g)
(The recipe’s measurement and ingredients are not integral to be used for everyone. If you don’t have mushroom, it’s fine.)

There is a different thing in this recipe with me. I additionally put an Asian pear puree (8oz) in this recipe because the Asian pear makes the beef soften and helps digestion easily.

I made my Bulgogi by the Instant Pot (Instant Pot is a pressure cooker.) Personally, Instant Pot made a revolution in my kitchen. This Instant Pot is feasible that I can cook easier with Instant Pot.

Many Bulgogi recipes include pine nuts. However, I don’t put pine nuts in my recipe because my husband has a bad allergic reaction to pine nuts.

Make sure that using food chopping boards and knives separately between the beef and the vegetables to prevent contaminated food. It can cause food poisoning.

Pancakes one of nationwide food of Russia. Many years ago, Russian people had met a special guest with bread and salt its was conventional to invite at dinner or lunch and give different kind of food on the table.

I'm going to write about Kimchi, a Korean food. Kimchi is a traditional food that is conventional in Korea. For Koreans, kimchi is an integral food in our diet. Kimchi is a fermented food, and it doesn't mean that it got contaminated just because it got moldy or smelled sour. It is a healthy food made from healthy ingredients such as cabbage and chili pepper powder, so it does not interfere with digestion. It is also a good nutritional food because it is made from many vegetables. The way 'Kimchi' is made is slightly different nationwide. For example, there is an area where you add a lot of salted fish or you can make kimchi using vegetables other than cabbage. A small number of people also make kimchi with watermelon in summer. Kimchi makes it feasible to make food using watermelon as ingredients. I've never eaten watermelon kimchi either. So if you're a skeptic, I wouldn't recommend watermelon kimchi to you. The process of making kimchi is really complicated and difficult. To make kimchi, you need to prepare the many ingredients beforehand. Notwithstanding, you are not diligent, if you want to eat kimchi, I recommend you buy it.

China is a big country, and it has a lot of cities. It's hard to choose only one dish to share. However, I think the food that most represent Chinese food is 蛋炒饭 (fried rice with eggs). Fried rice is not only a nationwide food in China, but it is also worldwide food. A lot of countries also have different kinds of fried rice. However, the conventional Chinese fried rice is “fried rice with eggs”, and sometimes we also call it gold fried rice. For most people, eggs are integral for fried rice, and base on eggs, it's feasible to add other ingredients such as peas, carrots, or corns. It is better for your digestion if you add some vegetables. Green onion is also an important ingredient for fried rice, it make fried rice smell better. Therefore, I can even say for Chinese fried rice, eggs and green onion are compulsory unless you are allergic to eggs or green onion. About how to cook fried rice with eggs, there actually is a battle between the people who cook eggs and rice separately and the people who cook eggs and rice at once. For me, both way to cook fried rice is good. Notwithstanding, when I cook, I choose to cook eggs and rice separately because it's easier to cook and control. When you cook eggs and rice separately, it will diminish the possibility of overcook or burnt the fried rice.

How I cook fried rice:

Mix eggs with a bit of salt.

Cooked rice.

Chopped green onion.

Put some oil in to pot/wok and wait until the oil start has some smoking.

Put the mixed eggs in to oil and stir-fry it until the eggs become small piece.
