         <title>Position: Payroll ClerkWe are looking for a qualified full-time payroll clerk who will be responsible in assisting the management with compensation within the organization. The key tasks will be: entering the payroll information, gathering the payroll information each pay period from employees, making payments and meeting the specified guidelines so everyone gets paid on time. A qualified candidate has a general knowledge of compliance with legislation, understands the extremity of confidentiality in payroll, pays attention to detail and can properly communicate changes and deadlines to employees and throughout the organization. Responsibilities: •	Data entry of payroll information every pay period•	Collection of personal information of employees•	Making updates to employee information when changes occur•	Meeting deadlines so payments get done on time•	Following legislative rulings •	Investigating and resolving any pay discrepancies•	Sending out communication of deadlines and changes•	Preparing reports as required•	Understanding the payroll software•	Dealing with complaintsRequirements:•	At least two years’ experience in dealing with payroll•	Completion of payroll certification (proof required)•	Knowledge and experience with payroll software•	Solid knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and regulations•	Excellent communication skills•	Some experience with conflict resolution </title>
