This option can be a long term option or I can occasionally let the rabbit out of its enclosure for play. 
Cons of this - 
Since rabbits teeth always continually grow, they chew. Free roaming or partial free roaming would require tidying my room in order to have safety for the rabbit. This means cord covers and proper organization, which can be fairly cheap and might even get me more organized/ less messy. 
Pros of this -
The rabbit would have tons more space than just a cage. 
The rabbit can freely play and explore.

This must require a bigger box such as ones you use for a cat so it can easily jump in. It is as well easier to clean.
I will do all the work cleaning the litter box, since it would be my rabbit. It's actually not that hard to clean after them since they are very clean animals.

Hay
I will handle all hay, and they can be bought in bags.

 Only is needed in litter box, since the rabbits need hay to eat while going to the bathroom. 
It is safer to purchase a hay rack as well, so the hay does not get soiled, but it could as well be diyed.

They require;
Water and hay are unlimited.
80 percent hay. They should always have an unlimited amount of this, especially near their litter box.
10 percent leafy green vegetables. (Romaine) ( 4 - 6 cups ) 
5 percent healthy pellets. NOT MIXED  (Around 1/4 - 1/2 a cup) 
5 percent treats, usually fruit (Not always given, but makes the bun happier) (2 - 4 teaspoons ) such as apples, bananas, blueberries, strawberries, carrots everything that we could already have. 
Rabbits are herbivores, and besides hay and pellets, what they eat could be included in our diets as well and they actually do promote having more greens in our diets.
