Leadership has so much to do with empowering others to make an impact on society. With high regards to each others visions and productive tendencies. This involves providing direct training to Teachers and Teacher Assistants on ABA and the most relevant research based principles of instruction.  

Current presenter for multiple districts quarterly and the National Autism Conference.
