-Body temperature
-Blood pressure
-Water Levels
-pH levels
-Glucose Levels
Temperature
Temperature needs to be controlled to make sure that the body is able to function properly. The normal body temperature is 36-37.5 degrees. The internal temperature can change through having a temperature which would be 39-40 degrees (infection). If the internal body temperature is too high then the body will sweat, deeper breaths and red/flushed face. To help cool the internal body temperature down take more fluids and take off extra layers of clothing. The body temperature can increase from moving into a hotter or colder external environment.

Body Temperature
your bodies natural temperature is 36-37.5 degrees. Our body uses thermos regulation to bring down our body's temperature this is done through sweating, heavy breathing and by flushing or our face becoming red. But babies and young children are unable to do this, and typically their body temperature increases because of infection or a hot day; to help bring the body temperature of a baby down you would ensure that they have plenty of fluids and remove any clothing to cool the body down. A high body temperature would be 39-40 degrees.

If temperature is too low enzymes will not have enough energy to function. This stops many different processes happening throughout the body, this is called hypo and hyperthermia.

Your body temperature should be from around 36-37.5 degrees Celsius.
